UPDATE: 8/5/24 After getting a replacement, it seems to work consistently to charge my devices. No longer having to place and replace the phone on the charger to get it to charge. First time, every time. Much happier with the charger for travel. Still pretty angular to place in my backpack, but functions much better. I bought this charger for travel as it would take up much less space than my folding travel charger. This is the 2nd unit I've had and I think it has the same problem. First, the good: The magnet is very strong. it holds the phone and the base of the charger is heavy enough that there is no fear of it tipping over. It seems well constructed. The hinge seems solid. The watch charger is a stand alone device stored at the bottom and plugged in on the side to charge the watch. All good. The not so good: As I said, this is my 2nd unit. The first unit had this issue where when I put the phone on the charger, 2/3 times, it would not start charging. I thought that was strange as it was a phone CHARGER. So I had amazon replace it hoping that it was just a defective unit. The 2nd unit I received has a similar issue. I would put the phone on the charger, and sometimes it would start charging. Sometimes, it would just be held there and no charge was going to the phone. Curious, I switched AC adapters with same results. I don't want to have to think about, "hey, did my charger start to charge my phone" when I put it on the charger at night. You really want to put it on there and forget about it. Haven't decided if I am going to just return this or deal with it. Also note that this is a block of a charger. It isn't as "travel friendly" as you think. I wouldn't say it's bulky, but it is a block of a charger that sits in my backpack. Just be aware.

The charger works well like other similar designs. The magnet is so strong that it can be troublesome to remove with one hand. After a few months, the charger started making a buzzing noise. Unfortunately I think this product will last less than a year I was able to find out Customer service does exist and it was helpful.
I would buy from Lisen over and over! This charger is fantastic! The functionality, compact nature, high quality build and design in exceptional! I didn't even realized it was designed for travel when I bought it but folds up so tight there's no reason to go on a trip without it. I had a small issue 1 year in with the watch charger. I reached out to Lisen through amazon and have never had a move responsive positive experience with a manufacture ever. My unit back up in working at 100% just a few days later.
Recently I upgraded from my antique iPhone 8 to a 16 Pro Max and, consequently, had to buy all sorts of new goodie accessories; this was one of them. To tell you the truth, when I found out it also charged AirPods I went out and bought the AirPod pro series 2 for over $200!!! Then my son told me it also charges the IWatch, that’s when I said, “Enough is enough!!” Beautifully made, easy to set up, charges quickly and has a strong magnet. Also doubles as an entertainment device for my 5 year old granddaughter, she loves to throw paper clips at it just to see if they will stick — she calls it “magic.” Almost forgot, the Apple Store sells a similar charger for about $130!!! In conclusion, it’s so good I’m tempted to buy another to put in my bedroom. That said, there’s one drawback with most chargers and that the short charging cord. I don’t know about you but I don’t have an outlet right under my tables, or my bed, for that matter. As a consequence, I had to order a 15 foot black Anker cord from Amazon, which they will no doubt ask me to review in the near future. Any suggestions as to how I can review a black cord??
I’ve been using this device daily to charge my iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods. It does the job well. Magnet is strong enough to charge my phone while having the thin Otterbox case. Even when I had a thicker case and it would still hold and charge my phone just some nights I would find it off the charger. In all the time I’ve had it, I had only experienced this a handful of times. 95% of times it would hold and charge device. Or do what I did and get a thinner case to have better magnetic contact. Even when I go on trips I love taking it since it’s compact pack form factor its convenient. It’s just a cube until you need to charge your devices.
Just received it this morning, and it has charged my iPhone already. Shipping was fast.
