The magnetic connection feels strong, locking in place instantly without slipping, and the suction base stays put once set, no wobbling or falling off the dash. The vacuum feature is a nice touch; it adds extra stability compared to regular mounts. Itโs easy to adjust angles for navigation, and charging through the MagSafe connection works smoothly. They are selling broken/returned inventory as NEW. This has happened to me with this company before several times. STAY AWAY from this company. When I got this I had just upgraded my iPhone 11 to iPhone 16 and so it was the first phone I had that had the magnetic MagSafe option and my mind was blown. It is wayyyy better than the mounts where you have to clip it in- I always ended up having phones that would fall out with bumps in the road, etc. This mount is also so easy because you just literally put your phone right up to it and it sticks! One thing to note is that the mount itself does need a charge occasionally because you will hear it every once in a while so itโs suction thing because it suctions to your dashboard with an automatic suction type function and not your classic โstickyโ type mount - which is another benefit of this mount because you can easily release the suction and move it to different t spots or different cars without the mess left behind. But the suction is strong enough I have never had it fall off. When I first got it I thought it might be annoying that it has to charge for that function however I have only had to plug it in 1 time and Iโve been using this for probably 3-4 months, and honestly I just plugged it in to the car charger one day when I was on a longer drive (30-40 min) and that was all it needed! I just love it and the other thing I like is that itโs small and does not take up any visibility in your window like some of the bigger phone mounts or window suction mounts. 10/10 recommend!!!!!\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \
